I started taking photographs when I was 20. In the early 1990's I decided to focus my photography on nature. In particular I have concentrated on African wildlife and landscapes.I have a bachelor of science degree in Chemistry and Zoology. I have always been interested in the study of animal behaviour. Taking photographs of wildlife has considerably increased my knowledge of animal behaviour.
I have been using Canon equipment since the 1980's. I purchased my first digital SLR in 2001. I now shoot exclusively with digital cameras.
